How Do We Look After Your Perishable Gift?
All of our chocolate bouquets and hampers are delivered in special gift boxes with ice packs. In cooler months, we use our premium gift delivery bags. Chocolate bouquets and Gift hampers can be delivered anywhere in UK and EU, Monday to Friday.
We endeavour to deliver every gift as quickly as possible. Our standard delivery is next business day in the UK which can arrive anytime from 8am to 6pm. If you prefer a timed delivery, we have express upgrade options available for small additional charges.
If you’ve got any extra details that might make the delivery process super quick and seamless please enter these at the checkout in the delivery instructions field.
Our standard overnight delivery service is available Monday through to Friday (available for Chocolate bouquet and Gift Hamper delivery only). If you are ordering over £50, delivery on these bouquets and hampers is FREE! Otherwise there is a small £5.50 delivery charge added at the checkout.
We also offer delivery for our Chocolate Bouquets and Gift Hampers on Saturday and Sunday, the delivery fee for these days is £8.50.
We have a same day delivery service within inner London. We can also deliver our delicious Fresh Fruit Bouquets and Donut Bouquets to these areas: (if the postcode isnt here, give us a call on 0207 498 6566).
A delivery charge of £9.95 applies to our Fresh Fruit and Donut range, this will be applied at the checkout.

We also have a same day delivery service within London (postcodes above), this speedy service is also used to deliver our Fresh Fruit and Donut Bouquets making sure they arrive as fresh as possible. This delivery service is £9.95
There are nominal additional delivery upgrade options for most EU countries and timed deliveries within the UK.
Let's Get It Right First Time
We’d love a little help to ensure that your delivery is as perfect as your gift.
To ensure a speedy delivery and avoid any redelivery fees, we ask that you please check that someone is at home or work to receive your delivery. Alternatively, if you are sending a gift to someone in hospital, we do require ward and room details to ensure the gift lands in the right hands.
If no one is home, we will leave your gift safely in our signature delivery box if you have given authority at checkout and if the courier deems it safe.
If there is nowhere safe, a calling card will be left and it may be taken to the nearest postal office, returned to Gift Rebellion or to a courier depot. If we are required to redeliver your gift there may be a redelivery fee if we are charged by the carrier.
What if it Melts in Transit?
We're experts when it comes to wrapping and packaging your gift so it stays safe in transit.
In the unlikely event that your gift is damaged, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the damaged gift and we will send a complimentary replacement straight away.
If we are delivering your gift to Europe, delivery can take 2-5 days. As such, we unfortunately cannot guarantee a delivery date.
Some towns may not be serviced by standard couriers. In these cases, gifts will be delivered to the closest postal outlet for local collection by the receiver.
Any Extra Charges?
If you aren't sure whether someone is going to be home to receive their awesome gift, we recommend choosing something that can be left outside. We'll always pop the gift in a safe place and as far from street view as we can to ensure that the right person gets it.
Safe places are at the discretion of our delivery team, so if we cannot leave your gift in a safe place a redelivery fee may apply.
